Facebook Nick J Morrice: "Fold in two and twice again/sit on the hillside and turn the Sun out
Fold it in two and twice again/ this one is done it isnt happening clearly and im tired of the scream and shout
Fold it in two and twice again/ i wish i had the guts/ i wish id had some guts
Fold it in two and twice again/ i have a plan/ a plan to make it right/ il write to you all i can
Fold it in two and twice again/ i'l speak clearly and with conviction/ i'l give it all back and wish for calm
Fold it in two and twice again/ from a room i once looked out across borders/ tick tock no friend of mine/from this room/ nothing but sky above and the dream of your charm
So i wrote it down/ and looked out crossing borders/crossing my brow 'no pain no gain'
So i wrote it down/ and so it sat folded it in two and twice again"

"if you dare to leap/ you dare to wake from beneath, the pushing of rope vines through iron grate
if you care to create/ you care to mend yourself and your paper torn state
if you hold it in your hands/ you have it in you to bring it to an end
if you jump up to look over the wall/ your trying too hard and might never spin into land
a grain of truth in every paw/ a look returned, another shivering walk, silver and raw
a finger grasped and turned back to shore/ a poet in a little boat/ looked over the crests more fearful than before
if you dare to leap/ you keep your breath from those who grasp and do not sleep
if you look back to land/ a single light from here will keep you on course, a firm hand, a warm memory to keep.
